My responsibility and result:
- Produced over 50 corporate communication and visual assets for social media, website, merchandise, print materials, and event needs, ensuring consistent messaging and full compliance with company brand guidelines and standards.
- Successfully managed end to end multimedia production photography and videography for over 16 internal and external ASEAN level events, including the creation of official recap materials and maintenance of a structured corporate photo bank.
- Coordinated the execution of large scale events with more than 100 internal and external participants, ensuring smooth operations and readiness of all communication, registration, and visual materials in line with corporate standards.
- Managed and streamlined design requests from more than 4 cross functional divisions, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver audience focused visual communication under tight timelines and improve workflow efficiency by reducing revision cycles by approximately 30%.
