To foster strong solidarity among students in the same group, ensure successful task completion by new students, and maintain adherence to faculty regulations during Mabim Vokasi UI.
Masa Bimbingan Vokasi UI is a mentoring program for incoming students of the UI Vocational Education Program. During this period, each new student will be placed in a group consisting of 30-40 students and will be guided by 2 mentors.
My responsibility and result:
- Successfully mentored and coordinated a group of 38 new students from 15 different majors at Vocational UI, achieving a 97% success rate. All freshmen scored over 90 in the best student assessment across more than five assignments.
- Analyzed and processed the score recapitulation of 38 new students, meeting 100% of the assessment standards with accuracy.
- Regularly evaluated and reported on the progress of the 38 new students, utilizing quantitative data to assess their performance and assignment completion.
