Event Management and Guest Experience Coordination
Successfully organized and executed the 6th Anniversary Event of Get UP Edutainment, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and engaging experience for attendees through effective coordination and management at Gedung Kesenian Jakarta.
Get Up Edutainment is a studio that focuses on combining education and entertainment in a non academic way, such as dance, modeling, and art activities for children and teenagers to strengthen their non academic skills here.
My responsibility and result:
- Successfully managed the attendance of over 50 invited guests by greeting them, checking tickets, and directing them to their seats according to the bench number printed on the invitation.
- Coordinated with the team to communicate any issues or situations that arose among more than 100 guests in order to ensure 100 percent security and comfort throughout the event.
- Successfully managed effective and efficient flow of the event venue and informed the guests about important details during the event.
