To increase audience awareness and interest in MSME-owned businesses by promoting their products and services to the broader public through strategic marketing and event support.
Vokhumfest is an annual creative event organized by the Public Relations study program, Vocational Education Program, Universitas Indonesia (UI) in the context of community service to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
My responsibility and result:
- Coordinated document management for Vokhumfest 2023 purposes effectively and efficiently. Crafted notes in every meeting with a 90% accuracy rate on all materials and discussions conducted.
- Successfully secured more than 6 sponsorships and more than 9 partnerships from companies and campus organizations during 1 month.
- Created 2 attractive and promising formal and informal proposals and over 100 letters covering licenses, sponsorship applications, and partnership applications for over 100 partners, successfully got approval in less than 2 weeks.
