To efficiently manage the registration process for participants and staff across all divisions of OIV UI 2023, ensuring smooth event execution and effective coordination.
Olimpiade Ilmiah Vokasi UI (OIV UI 2023) is a work program from BEM Vocational UI to increase their interest in education as well as to train students abilities in the field of Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) and Non Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (Non PKM).
My responsibility and result:
- Directed and mentored a team of 5 staff members in overseeing participant management from the registration list. Effectively enlisted more than 20 staff members for all the OIV UI 2023 committee, spanning across 12 divisions, ensuring efficient coordination and execution of tasks.
- Attracted over 200 participants from 15 majors to register for two types of competitions, PKM (Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa) and Non-PKM (Non Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa).
- Created and managed over 6 registration forms for each activity with more than 30 participants in each, ensuring smooth registration processes and accurate data collection.
