To manage communication and information dissemination for HM Vokhum UI, strengthen relationships with external stakeholders, and build a positive organizational image through strategic publication and outreach efforts.
Public Relations Department (HUMAS) is a department responsible for being at the forefront of communication and information delivery to external stakeholders to maintain the image and reputation of HM Vokhum UI.
My responsibility and result:
- Guided, monitored, and managed work programs executed by 5 staff members, ensuring they met demands and standards, including copywriting, content writing, and compiling comprehensive weekly reports containing valuable data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Managed and responded to over 10 messages daily from audiences and partners across Instagram, email, and HM Vokhum UI contacts, collaborated or partnership with over 20 organizations and companies within 11 months, and published more than 10 articles within 11 months highlighting the activities and achievements of UI public relations students.
- Achieved certification for “Best Booth of Open House Vokasi UI 2024” (Nov 2024) and "3rd Place Best Booth of Open House Vokasi UI 2024" (May 2024) from Vokasi UI, successfully attracting over 70 visitors to introduce PR Vokasi UI at the event.
