To foster a stronger partnership between HM Vokhum UI and HIMAKUPA while enhancing students understanding of digital marketing communication and broadening their awareness of less-known career opportunities.
Company Visit is a work program from the career and social development department HM Vokhum UI that collaborate with Himpunan Mahasiswa Administrasi Keuangan dan Perbankan (HIMAKUPA). This program is invited students to visit companies and museum to see and learn firsthand about the world of work.
My responsibility and result:
- Company Visit was held for 2 days, in 2 different places at a company engaged in marketing and Museum Bank Indonesia.
- Effectively organized document management for company visit purposes, ensuring all materials were readily accessible. Crafted detailed notes at every meeting with a 90% accuracy rate on all materials and discussions conducted.
- Created over 10 license letters, sponsorship applications, and partnership applications for more than 10 partners, demonstrating effective communication skills and attention to detail.
- Developed 2 attractive and promising formal and informal proposals for partners, successfully securing partner approval in less than 2 weeks through persuasive and strategic communication.
